Who Can Apply
- UAE citizens and residents
- GCC nationals
- Companies (including Free Zone)
- Government, semi-government, and diplomatic entities
Required Documents
For reserved numbers:
- Emirates ID
- Proof of kinship (for first-degree relatives)
For owned plate numbers:
- Emirates ID of buyer and seller
- For companies: letters from both the selling and buying companies
- For government or diplomatic bodies: official letters from both parties
Fees
- AED 100: Plate ownership certificate
- AED 80: Reservation for unowned number (for relatives)
- +AED 20: Knowledge & Innovation fee
